The City of Nanaimo on behalf of the Participating Agencies is looking for a qualified Supplier (the “Proponent”) for the provision of the Supply and Delivery of Stationery and Related Products using an on-line order placement/payment system with an option for “Secured” encrypted Purchasing Card payment capabilities. Each Participating Agency location will place individual orders on a per need basis. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating a partnership between the Participating Agencies. List of Participating Agencies in addition to the City of Nanaimo:
If awarded, the term of the Contract is for five (5) years. Prices will be reviewed and negotiated on an annual basis. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
