This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for qualified Audiovisual Contractor to provide, install, and commission the specified components to create a complete and fully operating systems. 

The budget for this project is $395,000.00. Bids over this amount will be deemed non-compliant. 

The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into negotiations and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Contract.
