The City of Nanaimo invites qualified mechanical contractors to submit bids for the replacement of the existing dehumidifier unit at the Nanaimo Ice Centre (NIC), located at 750 Third Street, Nanaimo, BC. The work includes demolition and removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of a new dehumidification system, associated mechanical, electrical, and controls modifications, testing and balancing, commissioning, and operator training. This project will be completed within an active facility and requires coordination with City operations. 

This RFB is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
