Description: 

The works are located on Oakley Street, Morpeth Avenue, Chelsea Street, Cadogan Street, St. Andrews Street, Girvin Avenue and Millstone Avenue, and generally consist of: 

  1. The upgrade of watermains with the installation of approximately 3,640m of 150mm dia. to 250mm dia. PVC C900 pipe, associated fittings, water meters, tie-ins, service piping and connections;
  2. The upgrade of sanitary sewers with the installation of approximately 490m of 200mm dia. PVC DR35 pipe, manholes, associated fittings, tie-ins, service piping and connections;
  3. The upgrade of storm sewers with the installation of approximately 58m of 300mm dia. to 375mm dia. PVC DR35 pipe, manholes, associated fittings, connections, and associated tie-ins;
  4. Removal and restoration of specified areas of road structure and replacement of the associated areas of surface asphalt including approx. 15,800m2 of paving; and

All works incidental thereto as shown on the specifications and drawings.
