Description: 

The City of Nanaimo is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services to pave two parking lots. 

Parking lot 1- Located at the Serauxmen Stadium (745 Third St, Nanaimo), substantial completion September 30, 2025.

Parking lot 2- Located at Neck Point Park (1055 Morningside Drive, Nanaimo), substantial completion November 28, 2025. 

The Contractor will provide all the necessary material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, furnishing, and waste disposal. 

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
