Through City Plan, the Transit Redevelopment Strategy and the recently released changes to Provincial Legislation, the City and it’s residents have identified a high-quality transit system is a high priority. A key element to successfully achieving these objectives is to ensure the system includes attractive and well-maintained bus stop amenities. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to engage a qualified Supplier to Supply, install, and maintain benches at transit stops or other public areas that would support the aspirations of the community. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
