The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Contractor for the provision of Winter Maintenance which consists of road patrol, snow clearing and ice control for various City of Nanaimo roads as further described in Schedule A – Winter Maintenance Specifications.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
