This Request for Bid, as may be amended from time to time by Addenda, is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Bidders to submit a Bid for the supply and delivery of Aggregate and Granular Materials on an, if and when requested basis, as described in section 4.0 Project Specifications. Bidders may bid on Schedule A, Schedule B or both Schedule A and Schedule B. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
