This Request for Bid is an invitation by the City of Nanaimo to prospective Bidders to submit a Bid to supply and deliver Pool Chemicals on an ‘as and when required’ basis to various City facilities as further specified in the RFB No. 3986 Document. 

If awarded, the initial term of the Agreement is for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year optional extensions.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
