This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the Owner Representative Services for the South End Community Center (SECC).

The City of Nanaimo invites proposals from qualified Suppliers for the provision of experienced Owner’s Representative / Owner’s Engineer (OE) services for the South End Community Centre (SECC) project. The successful Supplier will provide project leadership, technical advisory services, and procurement support in accordance with the requirements set out in this NRFP.
