The City of Nanaimo invites Proposals from qualified Contractors for the Maffeo Sutton Playground – Phase 2 located at 2 Cliff Street, Nanaimo, BC as further described in the RFP No. 3118 Document and as detailed in the drawings and specifications attached as Appendix A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and Appendix I.

The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract.

This Request for Bid is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter 5 and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
