This Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for The Successful Proponent will manage and ensure performance of all aspects of the project to add the new pickleball courts including but not limited to all the necessary engineering, design, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and waste disposal.
