Summary and Details Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to: Canoe Contract #: 112124-RCH Contracted Vendor: Ricoh Canada Inc. Canoe Contract Valid Until: January 10, 2029 Notice is hereby given, the City of Nanaimo (the City) is a member of Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts administered by Canoe Procurement Group Canada and Sourcewell. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
