The City of Nanaimo invites Bids from qualified Contractors for long-term and short-term Portable Toilet Rental and Servicing as further described in the RFB Document and bids&tenders forms.. If awarded, the term of the Agreement will commence on February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with four (4) one (1) year optional extensions. This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
