The City is seeking geotechnical consulting services, including materials testing and engineering assessments, on an as-and-when-required basis. The full scope of services is described in Section 5.0. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
