Description: 

The City of Nanaimo is seeking a professional engineering consultant to provide detailed design of the Twiggly Wiggly Road & Dickinson Road Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) station and Watermain Upgrades project. This project is split into two separate locations, each of which includes one PRV station upgrade and one section of watermain replacement.

Tender assistance, construction administration, construction inspection and post construction services are not included in the scope of this RFP but may be required and are considered optional work. If optional work is required, the City will negotiate the scope and fee. 

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
