Description: 

The City of Nanaimo is seeking Proposals from software providers for the supply of an off the shelf product, configuration, implementation and ongoing support of a Permitting and Approvals Modernization Software Solution as further described in this RFP.  Custom software built specifically for this project will not be considered.

The Successful Proponent will be required to provide implementation services including, but not limited to; project management, system installation, configuration, data conversion, migration, training, go-live support and post-implementation ongoing support and maintenance including upgrades and new releases as part of the support contract. 

Both on premise and Cloud Software Solutions will be considered, however cloud is preferred.
