The City of Nanaimo invites Proposals from qualified Contractors for the supply and installation of equipment for the Audiovisual System Phase 3 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, 101 Gordon Street, Nanaimo, British Columbia, as further described in this RFP No. 3638 Document and as detailed in Appendix A Audio System Specifications Phase 3 V1.03 and Appendix B:  Audiovisual Drawings Phase 3, dated 2025-04-17.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
