The City of Nanaimo is seeking a qualified Contractor to replace the existing audio-video (AV) teleconferencing equipment and design and install an upgraded system in the EOC meeting room. The objective is to enable seamless teleconferencing in a large meeting space, ensuring clear dialogue and effective coordination between in-room participants and remote attendees. To note: A mandatory pre-proposal site meeting is scheduled as follows: Meeting Place: 666 Fitzwilliam Street, Nanaimo, British Columbia, V9R 3B5 Meeting Date: February 10, 2026 Meeting Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Time The maximum budget for this project is $32,000.00 CAD. |
