The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from Qualified Contractors to operate the food and beverage concessions at Nanaimo Ice Center (NIC), as widely described in 5.0 Scope of Services and Specifications. The Successful Proponent will be required to pay the City of Nanaimo a percentage of the total monthly sales revenues earned. The minimum revenue percentage the City will accept is 6%. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
