The City of Nanaimo is requesting Proposals from experienced and qualified Contractors for the Debris Clearing, Removal and Disposal of garbage and other debris from the City’s separated bike Lane/Cycle Tracks, as further described in Section 5.0 – Scope of Services and Requirements. This RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
