Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this Request for Pre-Qualification for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined if they will pre-qualify and be shortlisted as Qualified Respondents to be eligible to participate in subsequent Solicitation, if any, for the provision of the printing services. Submission of Electronic Responses must be received by the City through bids&tenders by the Bid Closing Date and Time in accordance with RFP 3172 Section 3.0, Article 3.2. Submission of Hard Copy Print samples must be received by hand, mail or courier by the City of Nanaimo Purchasing Department, 2020 Labieux Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 6J9 before the Closing Date and Time of this RFPQ in accordance with RFP 3172 Section 3.0, Article 3.2. This RFPQ is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
