Description: 

The works are located on Princess Street, Needham Street, Bing Kee Street, and Columbia Street and generally consist of: 

  1. The replacement of sanitary sewers with the removal and installation of approximately 560m of 200mm dia. PVC pipe, manholes, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins;
  2. The upgrade of storm sewers with the installation of approximately 360m of 600mm dia. or smaller PVC pipe, manholes, associated fittings, service connections and tie-ins;
  3. Repair and restoration of specified areas of road structure and replacement of the associated areas of surface asphalt including approx. 4300m2 of paving; and
  4. All works incidental thereto as shown on the specifications and drawings.
